				His intent was to establish a professional services practice for clients that encompassed a fiduciary relationship, prescribed standard of care and fees that reflected services provided.  Through the process, Brent has become widely recognized in "Post-Modern Portfolio Theory" as well as an expert in fiduciary standards for investment advisors, ERISA plan sponsors, foundations and endowments.  As a member of the NASD Board of Arbitrators, he regularly provides expert testimony on fiduciary breaches. The firm currently provides fiduciary counsel to private clients, ERISA plan sponsors and their participants as well as overlay management for investment advisory firm and endowments.  Brent's articles and commentaries are featured in many publications and trade journals.  Through 2008, he will be presenting on how the changing fiduciary landscape affects investment advisors and trustees.
